Anthro Love, a furry dating text game.

You get your own dating show and have 20, 40, or 60 anthropomorphic characters vying for your love! This is a parody of dating shows. You get to nickname the contestants, go out on dates with them, and eliminate them.

This game contains M/M and M/F sexual content. The protagonist is a male human. There are 10 female NPCs and 10 male NPCs in the 20 individuals cast, 20 female NPCs and 20 male NPCs in the 40 individuals cast, and 30 female NPCs and 30 male NPCs in the 60 individuals cast. There are eliminations in the game, so if you don't like one gender, then you can get rid of all those characters of that gender at the first elimination ceremony.  The super sexual content appears later in the game, so it's easy to avoid unwanted content. There is also an all male NPC mode for the 20, 40, and 60 individuals cast. It is possible for the protagonist to experience a male-to-female transformation at the end (this content can be easily avoided).

Male NPCs (all versions in Original Mode; First Season in Seasons Mode): Anole; Elephant; Fox; Horse; Otter; Roadrunner; Shark; Spider; Stoat; Tiger

Male NPCs (only in 40 individuals cast in Original Mode; Second Season in Seasons Mode): African Wild Dog; Donkey; Eagle; Elk; Gila Monster; Lemur; Orca; Rat; Red Panda; Toad

Male NPCs (only in 60 individuals cast in Original Mode; Third Season in Seasons Mode): American Woodcock; Bearded Dragon; Fiddler Crab; Lion; Llama; Penguin; Prehensile-Tailed Porcupine; Quokka; Rhinoceros Iguana; Tanuki

Female NPCs (all versions in Original Mode; Male in the 20, 40, or 60 men mode; First Season in Seasons Mode): Bear; Caiman; Lynx; Okapi; Scorpion; Shoebill Stork; Squirrel; Tapir; Tuatara; Wolf

Female NPCs (only in 40 individuals cast in Original Mode; Male in the 40 or 60 men mode; Second Season in Seasons Mode): Amazon River Dolphin; Armadillo Lizard; Axolotl; Gorilla; Nubian Ibex; Quoll; Red River Hog; Sheep; Snow Leopard; Swan

Female NPCs (only in 60 individuals cast in Original Mode; Male in the 60 men mode; Third Season in Seasons Mode): Bison; Chameleon; Dhole; Dik-Dik; Dragonfly; Giant Anteater; Hoopoe; Kangaroo; Opossum; Walrus

Original Mode has a pop up box for name inputs while Seasons Mode has input boxes all in one place. Original Mode has one playthrough (with a 20, 40, or 60 cast). Seasons Mode has a playthrough with the first 20 contestants, a second playthrough with 20 different contestants, and a third playthrough with 20 other contestants. You can skip specific seasons in Seasons Mode.

The lag is super bad but now I don't want to stop if it reallys tops after that

wow I wasted an hour

Before I get to far into the game, which version mode am I supposed to play? Anything considered to be the better version?

so, the game seriously suffers from slowdowns, and when picking the all male option, after finally managing to name them all, immediately after some of them start using female pronouns, which I assume means the all male option is useless.

I just found the bug. It only affects original mode with sixty men and it only affects the day one scenes after naming them and before the first elimination ceremony (it was redirecting to the day one scenes with sixty men and women instead of directing to the scene meant for sixty men). How the day one scenes should appear in that scenario are accurate in the recap before naming the object before the first elimination. I already have a WIP of the game for a future update, so I'll upload the bug fix in that future update which will be months from now. Seasons mode is faster pace than the original mode when it come to the day one scenes.

yeah, I noticed seasons mode doesn't have that issue, aside from very rare and few times it has her instead of him. Sometimes it also combines two names from different characters but again it's rare. Seasons runs a lot smoother than the other mode, where I pretty much can't get to the point after the name choosing untill a few good hours of waiting for it to load up properly. Still, it's a cute and fun game to play in seasons mode, do wish I could play the other so I could have a combination of all the ones I like + see how the number of eliminations and other scenes go due to having 60 at the same time instead of just 20.

I cant believe this furry transed my gender lol

The objects of saftey can be anything, marshmallows from TDI lol

(+2)

I played this just for some fun , BUT I DIDN'T EXPECT TO FALL IN LOVE WITH A DAMN RAT

(+1)

its a nice game hope it keeps going

(+2)

... A pretty rude question, but just asking away... Is there any characters that are tops?

(+1)

There are characters with topping scenes. I don't currently have a copy/paste list available for which characters have the most top scenes.

why so many obscure animals? I had to look up what some of them were.

(+3)(-1)

I don't see an option for only women

(+4)(-2)

The option doesn't currently exist. You can eliminate all the men on the first night in the game and have the remaining contestants be women.

The only men option was added to the game because people on my Patreon chose it to be included in an update. It's possible for an only women option to be added in the future if it's selected by my patrons to be included in a future update, but idk how long that could take to happen.

(+16)

Maybe nitpicky, but can there be default names for these people? I don't want to sit here and name every single one.

wait , what?

thank goodness i didn't pick the freaking larger crowd than, i'm already pretty not so good with naming characters XD it'd probably spend an entire day just trying to come up with names for half of them.

(+4)

Good text game, maybe over ambitious with how thinly spread the writing is over 20 characters.

Wow, I like the game so far. I would like to inform something... whenever I choose a contestant, it doesn't highlight so I'm confused and I messed up. I should choose the 4 but only 2. So I messed up and need to restart again. I really like the game. I would like to recommend a picture of their face maybe or full body if you can, it's just a suggestion though but I like also a picture of their sex scene. I will wait for the update, :). Can you add also a "save game" thing. Oh also, I clicked the cancel accidentally and it just skip the name and it's is "You're", can you fix that also?

Hey, sorry if I have so many uhhhh... recommendations or to fix. I really really like the text game and I know it's a text game so I will use my imagination hahaha. But a picture would be great.

Wait, so are they all humans dressed up as animals, or actual anthros?

(+4)

Actual anthros.

Ok, cause I thought it said they had masks on.

(+3)

When the protagonist first sees everyone, the protagonist thinks they're humans dressed in animal costumes because he wasn't expecting/told that there would be actual anthro contestants. The protagonist doesn't find any zippers on the contestants, so the conclusion is that the contestants are all anthros.
